Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written or email with our acknowledgement within:
- Peak Season

   * cancellation must received by Guest between 35 days prior to arrival date.

- High Season

   * cancellation must received by Guest Between 20 days prior to arrival date.

- Low Season

  * cancellation must received by guest within 14 days prior to arrival date.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
