Bay View Resort consists of split- level cottage. The resort is situated on the hilly terrains of Leam Hin and surrounded by thick groves of trees. From the lodges, you can see the panoramic view of Phi Phi Le island. At the Front of the resort lies a pure and white beach. Our rooms provide unmatched comfort and privacy. Traditional air circulation is provided, however Air-conditioning is available. Enjoy the freshest seafood and drinks which are always available.
The Arayaburi Resort - Consists of 38 high quality villas situated among the hilly terrain of Laem Hin overlooking Tonsai Bay with its own private beach areas. From the Villas you have the beauty of the tropical gardens and the seaview across to Phi Phi Lae Island. At the front of the resort lies a 380 metre wide pure white sandy beach. Our Villas provide supreme comfort and privacy and all rooms feature private balconies overlooking the gardens or the blue sea.

Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 21 days prior to arrival date for peak season, 12 days prior to arrival date for high season and 6 days prior to arrival date for low season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
No show: total payment will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
