Ban Raya Resort & Spa is a resort on the Island of Racha Yai which is situated 12 km south of Phuket Island on the south west coast of Thailand. Our Resort is situated 2 minutes walk away from a lovely snorkeling & diving beach and 20 minutes walk away from the main beach and boat anchorage.

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
- Peak Season
Within 21 days befor check-in date, 100 % of total payment is charged;
Within 30 days befor check-in date, 1 night(s) of total payment is charged;
- High Season
Within 14 days befor check-in date, 100 % of total payment is charged;
Within 20 days befor check-in date, 1 night(s) of total payment is charged;
- Green Season
Within 07 days befor check-in date, 100 % of total payment is charged;
Within 10 days befor check-in date, 1 night(s) of total payment is charged;
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
Early Check-out & No-show: Full Charge
Full prepayment within 35 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master card are accepted without 3.5% service charge.
