- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 7 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate.
- No Show is subject to 100% charge. -
No Show and Cancellation policy for peak season (1 Dec - 31 Jan)
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement
- Cancellation made 30 days before the arrival day, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total value of booking will apply.
- Cancellation received by the hotel between 21 days, prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the total value of booking will be charged.
- Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival day, 100% of the total value of booking will be charge.
- No show and short stay during 20 Dec - 10 Jan will be charged at 100%.
