Baan Krating Khao Lak Resort is located next to the Khao Lak Lum Rue National Park in Phang Nga Province, Thailand. Despite the lack of beach access, the Resort has its own private rocky beach where a small jungle path connects our property to the National Park's sandy beach. Under the shade of gigantic tropical trees and endless view of Andaman Sea, it is a perfect romantic getaway.

- All the above rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of Daily American Breakfast
- Children aged 2-12 years stay free with their parent without extra bed will be free of charge, and meal rate will be 50% discount.
Meal Rate:

Construction of new building will take place from May 01 - Sep.30,2011
- Working time : daily at 09.00 - 17.00hrs.
- Sight pollution : A part of resort will be closed and cordoned off as seperate construction area
Note :
- 8 units, which close to main beach of Khaolak as 4 Deluxe Rooms and 4 Deluxe Pavilion Rooms still operate during this period with some facilities will be closed as Reception / All day Dining Restaurant Building and Swimming Pool
- Muanlai Restaurant will be take place of All day Dining Restaurant
- Noise / Pollution : major noise will take place during the first month of construction but some light noise throughout the period.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. Any cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement or email to us within
    Green Season : Cancellation less than 12 days: one night charge
    High Season : Cancellation less than 26 days: 50% of total room/night of booking (Full Charge, incase of 1 night booking)
    Peak Season : Cancellation less than 35 days: Full Charge
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
