Baan Hin Sai Resort is located between Chaweng and Lamai beach 2 kilometers from both ways. 6. Check in time at 14.00pm / Check out time 12.00 noon. Late checkout will be charge at 50% of rate but subject to room availability.

7. Early Check out: In the event that the individual check out ahead of the booked and confirmed the resort reserves the right to charge a penalty to the guest equivalent to the rate of the full length stay.

8. Tour & transportation (Net one way / Person)

- From Samui Airport to Hotel 200 per way per car (max.5 persons).

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within the following period, prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
* Low Season : cancellation must received less than 6 days.
* High Season : cancellation must received less than 14 days
* Shoulder Season : cancellation must received less than 14 days
* Peak Season : cancellation must received less than 20 days
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
