1. All Rates quoted are inclusive of American Breakfast for single & double occupancy.

2. Cooking show & Dinner : 500 Baht per person ( minimum of two persons ).
   This includes a cooking show of one Thai dish by chef and dinner of three Thai dishes and fresh fruit.

3. No accommodation charge for children 5 years and under when sharing a room with parents. For children between 6-12 years old sharing a room with parents with no extra bed, there is additional charge of 400 Baht. Baby cots are provided on a complimentary basis.

4. Extra bed is subjected to additional charge of 800 Baht net which includes breakfast. For your Information, an extra bed can only be accommodated in  pool suite, prime villa, grand villa, pool villa and grand pool villa.

5. Meals Rate:
   Breakfast      200 Baht/per person
   Lunch/Dinner   300 Baht/per person for Thai style set dinner (minimum of two persons)
   Sea Food 580 Baht/per person

6. Check-in / Check-out :
   Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours (noon). For a late check out to 18:00 hours, half charge of applicable daily rate applies. For check outs after 18:00 hours, one full night rate applies.

7.Supplementary
charge of 400 Baht applied for reservations of Superior, Deluxe, Prime
Villa, Pool Villa, 1,000 Baht for all Suites  and two bedroom villas
from 24 Dec 11 - 4 Jan 11 and  12 - 16 Apr 11.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation & No Show Charges:
        - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 31 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
  • No show: total payment will be charged.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
