Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :

    - Peak Season
    - Full length stay will be charged for cancellation / no show received within 52 days prior to each arrival.
    - High Season
    - A 2 night penalty will be charged for cancellation / no show received within 35 days prior to each arrival.
    -  Low Season
    - A night penalty will be charged for cancellation / no show received within 6 days hours prior to each arrival.
    - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    -     For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
