All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
- Low Season at least 5 night notice required or penalty 1 night
- High Season at least 12 night notice required or penalty 1 night
- Peak Season at least 21 night notice required or Full Charged
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show : Total payment will be charged.
