Andaman Princesss Resort and Spa is located on a privately-owned sendy white beach on a beautiful and peaceful island of Koh Kho Khao, adjacent to the huge Sri Phang Nga National Park. The resort can be reached within five minutes by resort's own ferry from the mainland (Baan Nam Kem Pier - Takuapa); and just one hour and thirty minutes by road from Phuket International Airport, or two hour and thirty minutes from Krabi Airport.

Children Policy:
 - A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age may share a room with 1 or 2 adults.
 - Breakfast for children below 12 years of age will be charged at 50% discount. Children under 4 years of age will be free of charge.
 - Connecting room must be requested upon reservation and will be confirmed subject to availability upon check in.
 - Every child must be mentioned upon reservation. Children from 12 years onwards are considered as adults.

Period of Occupancy:
Hotel check-in time is 2.00 p.m. and check-out time is 12.00 (noon). Early check-in will be subject to room availability unless a guarantee of room charge of the night prior to arrival is made prior to arrival. Late check-out after 12.00 (noon) till 6.00 p.m. is available at the additional charge of 50% rate. After the specific time, and additional night room charge will be applied.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
       - 40 days prior to arrival date for High Season (    01 Nov 10 - 19 Dec 10 & 11 Jan 11 - 31 Mar 11). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least two nights room rate per room.
       - 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season (20 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per room.
       - 20 days prior to arrival date for Low Season (    01 May 10 - 31 Oct 10 & 01 May 11 - 31 Oct 11). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
