Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No Show Policy:
      Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
       - Peak Season : 40 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for late Cancellation Fee.
       - High Season : 30 days prior to the arrival date, 2 Nights for late Cancellation Fee.
       - Low Season : 20 days prior to the arrival date, 1 Nights for late Cancellation Fee.
    - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No show: total payment will be charged.
