1. All the above rates are inclusive of ABF for 2 person.

2. Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check out prior to 6:00 pm. at full.

3. No extra charge for child under 12 years' old sharing the same room as their parents (maximum of 1 child per room) without extra bed. Additional breakfast will be charged 50% as per contract meal rates.

4. Transportation from Samui Airport to Resort (one way trip) 300 Baht/person.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 25 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
