1. All the above rates are in Thai Bath, inclusive ABF .
2. There is no charge on room only for child age under 12 sharing a room with adults without extra bed, compulsory ABF. @200 net per child  3-11 yrs old
will be applied. Baby cot available on request free of charge.

5. Transfer rate From Samui airport or Pier to hotel, Baht 300 per person one way, minimum 2 pax.
6.Check-in / Check-Out :
- Check-in time is after 14:00 hrs. and Check-Out time is 12:00 hrs. Late check-out until 18:00 hrs. will be charged 50% of room rate and late check-out after 18:00 hrs. will be charged full room rate. 
7. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written or email with our acknowledgment within 45 days (Season B), 30 days (Season c) and 15 days (season A&D) prior to the arrival date,  otherwise, we reserve a right to charge total payment.
    2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No show: total payment will be charged. 
  • Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
