Meals booked in advanced:
- Half board THB 1,500 per guest subject to government tax (currently 7%) and 10% service charge
- Full board THB 2,000 per guest subject to government tax (currently 7%) and 10% service charge
Arrival and Departure Times :
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm, if clients arrive before our check-in time a special reduction of 50% of the room rate including breakfast can be extended, however this would be subject to availability on making your reservation
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon, if clients wish to extend their stay until 6:00 pm, a reduction of the room rate by 50% will be extended.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1.  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
           - 35 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least two nights room rate per room.
           - 12 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
           - 50 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least three nights room rate per room.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
