4. Arrival And Departure times:

- Check in time is 2.00 p.m., if guest arrive before our check in time a special reduction of 50% of the rate including breakfast can be extended, however this would be subject to availability.

- Check out time is 12.00 noon, if guest wish to extend their stay until 6.00 p.m., a reduction of rate by 50%.

5. Airport and hotel transfer:

- To/From samui Airport to resort @ one way 706 THB per car per war ( max 3 guests per car per way).

- To/From samui Airport to resort @ Round Trip 1,412 THB per car per war ( max 3 guests per car per way).

6. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 36 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
