Location

Aana meaning Elephant in Malayalam, a native Indian language, is located at Klong Praow Beach on the picturesque island of Koh Chang in the Gulf of Siam.     Check-in / Check-Out Times
    - Resort check-in time is 14.00 hrs. Guests arriving prior to 14.00 hrs will be accommodated as rooms become available. We can store their lluggage during any check-in time.
    - Resort check-out time is 12.00 noon. Rooms used froms used from 12.00 - 18.00 on the day of day departure will be charged 50% of the contracted rate. Rooms occupied beyond 18.00 will be charged at the charged at the full contract rate.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 Cancellation & No Show Charges: 
1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
* Peak Season : 30 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 50% for late Cancellation Fee. 
* High Season  : 18 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 30% for late Cancellation Fee. 
* Green Season   : 10 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to Charged 1 Night.
 
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
