4. Transfer
    4.1 Join van between Krabi Internation airport and resort
        - Maritime, Pakasai, Red Ginger and Krabi Airport is 350 Baht per person per way
        - Islanda Village Resort and Krabi Airport is 650 Baht per person per way by van & Boat & Village Tuk Tuk
    4.2 Private transfer between resort and Krabi  Airport is 1,000 Baht per car per way, maximum 6 persons.
    4.3 Private transfer between resort and Phuket Airport is 3,000 Baht per car per way, maximum 6 persons.
    ** The transfer rates can be change with one-month notice.

    - Compulsory ABF for all free nights is chargeable to contract partner at contract rate.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

  • Low season (1 May - 31 Oct ) 8 days befor arrival one night of total room charge.
  • High season (1 Nov - 19 Dec & 11 Jan - 30 Apr ) 17 days befor arrival one night of total room charge.
  • Peak season (20 Dec - 10 Jan ) 28 days befor arrival one night of total room charge and 21 days befor arrival 100% of total room charge.
  • No show: total payment will be charged.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive)
 
  •   Cancellation Policy :

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
- Season 1 : Notification of cancellation must be in written form acknowledged by the Hotel at least 17 days prior to the arrival date.
- Season 2 : Notification of cancellation must be in written form acknowledged by the Hotel at least 28 days prior to the arrival date.
- Season 3 : Notification of cancellation must be in written form acknowledged by the Hotel at least 8 days prior to the arrival date.
- Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge 100% of total payment.
