The above rates are per room per night inclusive of Breakfast based on single or double occupancy, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.

Extra bed is inclusive of breakfast.
High season : extra bed for child from 5-11 years old will be at 650 baht with breakfast. Child under 5 years old will be free.
Low season : extra bed for child from 5-11 years old will be at 650 baht with breakfast.
Check in time : 2.00 pm. Check out time : 12.00 noon.
Full prepayment prior to arrival date. Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellation & No Show Charges:
1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
* Peak Season : 22 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 night for late Cancellation Fee.
* High Season : 12 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 night for late Cancellation Fee.
* Low Season : 6 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 night for late Cancellation Fee.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
