Baan Andaman  is a small hotel / guesthouse  or like a mansion and restaurant with western accommodation and Asian influence. We provide clean secure rooms configured to your needs (twin / double or family rooms) and our  rooms on the four floor can be sea view. And our down stair restaurant serves a selection of Thai and Western menu items from early morning until late at night. Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy :

  • All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
  • Cancellation of less than 21 days in peak season, 12 days in high and 6 days in green season will be subject to 1 night full rate charge.
  •  If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  • For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
